An opportunity to hear one of Britain’s most distinguished musicians. Martin Roscoe has performed six concertos at the BBC Proms, made more than thirty CD recordings and over four hundred broadcasts on BBC Radio 3, and is currently recording the complete Beethoven Sonatas.
 
Birmingham Chamber Orchestra has a reputation for ambitious programming and compelling musicianship. The Orchestra has been featured on BBC Radio 3, and gives its first performance in Birmingham Town Hall in 2010.
 
Two of Stravinsky's most attractive miniatures balance two of the greatest works for piano and orchestra.
