Goodall is a singer-songwriter from Bromsgrove. He has toured Ireland, Britain and Canada and was the frontman of Our Mutual Friend
He's received radioplay and praise from the likes of Elbow's Guy Garvey and has been working as a producer with other artists. This year saw the release of second album The Whole Thing Is Moving, a leap into the realm of funk and afrobeat.
Goodall will be joined by percussionist David Rees-Jones as well as Jack Smith (drums) and Thom Hollick (bass guitar, synth) and Kate Wilkins (piano, synth) who's also performing a solo set. They return to Artrix for a very special Christmas show.
In life, Kate Wilkins will observe carefully, and then write lyrics that document a situation and also hit all the nerves they need to. Having performed both solo and with Goodall in recent years, she will be releasing new material towards Christmas and in the new year.

Each show is an emotional roller coaster . Ska provides the rhythm, country influences the tunes and tales of woe, punk informs the attitude and politics and folk, it’s the story…the history…the stories of the people.
Whit Gutler And The Djinns
