Pilates Mat Work

Pilates is a system of excercises that encourages correct alignment and strengthens muscles, with balance and attention to the breath. The class focuses on core strength and stability of movement, working with control in a relaxed environment.
This class is suitable for beginners and improvers. Please bring a mat and a small towel or cushion for a head support and wear comfortable clothing for moving.
Pilates classes run on Wednesday mornings from 11.30am to 12.30pm, and cost £6 per session (term time only)
