A relaxing form of healing exercise based on slow martial arts movement. This one hour session introduces you to the gentle movements of classical Yang Style Tai Chi, which you might have seen in the park on a visit to China, or in the movie Calendar Girls. Suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness, Tai Chi is particularly popular with people up to and well beyond retirement age.
