Barnstormers Comedy October 2019

Sit back and enjoy a great Saturday night out as Barnstormers Comedy' compere introduces three top comedians from the London/National stand-up comedy circuit. Barnstormers Comedy prides itself on finding the funniest, cleverest and maybe silliest comedians out there so a great night of entertainment is guaranteed.

October 2019 Line-up...

MC: Nik Coppin
A stand-up comic for more than 15 years, Nik Coppin has performed all over the world and developed an international cult following. His confident, affable and energetic style of comedy is quick to build audience rapport, as he talks about subjects as wide-ranging as human nature, his experiences in The Antipodes, Europe and Asia, his extensive knowledge of wildlife, superheroes, current affairs and his mixed-race upbringing in London.

"The banter is slick and engaging....He goes off on the sort of wild tangents beloved of messers Izzard and Noble...immensely likeable and refreshingly uncynical"

John Newton
Slick gagster John Newton is known for his inventive writing, covering a massive spectrum of subjects from the surreal to the hard hitting.

“John Newton does not require gimmicks or stage characters as he has something more valuable to any comedian, good old fashioned solid gags”

Matt Stellingwerf
Erudite Kiwi Matt Stellingwerf is a rising star on the international comedy scene. With his typical low-key style and confidence, he finds the humour in topics as diverse as love, mental illness, sex, drugs, and this crazy interview he once conducted with a serial killer on Death Row!

“Matt utterly stole the show on Saturday! He’s an outstanding act”  Comedy Cafe

Richard Morton
Superb song-and-gag man Richard Morton has been an established headliner on the UK comedy circuit since the early 1990s, when he was also a regular support act on extensive UK theatre tours for stars such as Jack Dee, Jo Brand, Lee Evans and Phil Jupitus.

“His hilarious songs give musical comedy a good name”  The Guardian
