Taster Session - Pilates

Taster Session - Pilates



A system of exercises that encourages correct alignment and strengthens muscles with balance and attention to the breath.  The class will focus on core strength and stability of movement working with control in a relaxed environment.  This class is suitable for beginners and improvers.  

Please bring a mat and a small towel or cushion for a head support and wear comfortable clothing for moving.
